can attend the "Ready...Steady...Zurich"
course?
The class will benefit:
Newly-arrived expat Mums/Dads
or carers
New Mums - for those
Mums now starting a family in Zurich
What
is included in the price of the course?
In addition to the "Ready...Steady...Zurich" course,
you will have access to our helpline for one month following
the course. Drinks
and refreshments are also provided. And you will leave with a
booklet of top tips for your family life in Zurich.
I
don't speak the local
language, will I understand everything?
The course is in English.
Can
I bring my children?
We've chosen a format for the course without children so
that Mums, Dads or carers can participate and chat without the
demand of little ones! However, if there's a demand for
childcare then we can certainly arrange it.

Will
I have to participate during the course?
As much or as little as you like! We encourage questions and
listening to others' experiences but it's entirely
up to you.
Will
there be an opportunity to make friends on the course?
There will be plenty of time during the course to chat and get
to know each other over a drink.
What
will I learn that I can't get from various websites
or from reference books?
Our aim is to equip you to enjoy life to the full in Zurich in
one short course. You'll get all the info, including valuable
tips plus other participants' experiences, whilst making friends
in the process. You won't need to spend hours surfing the internet
alone battling with non-English websites.
How
can I have use of the helpline after one month?
You can take out a subscription to the helpline on a monthly basis.
What
is not included in the helpline?
Any time-consuming projects you would like us to take care of,
for example:
Setting up all
your insurance policies
Arranging appointments
to visit schools
These projects are priced separately and on a case-by-case
basis.
