What is included in the fee?
You will have access to our helpline for one month following the
programme to ask any further questions and seek advice. You will
also have the 100-page folder containing all the information from
the session - many of our participants refer to this as their "bible"!
I don't speak German, will I understand
everything?
The programme and all materials are in English.
Where do the private consultations take place?
Wherever is most convenient for you - at your place of work, at
home, in your hotel or a quiet cafe.
Can I bring my children with me?
We recommend that the programme is easier for you without your children
around, but of course if you have chosen a private consultation
then small children often "attend".

How are you different to other relocation
agents?
The Ready...Steady...Luzern and Zug! programme comes directly from
our personal experiences of moving here and establishing our new
lives - learning the language, the mysteries of recycling, finding
that English-speaking ballet teacher, having a baby, making friends.....
Our secret is our specific local knowledge and understanding of
the details that help you settle quickly into your new life. We
let other companies take care of packing and moving your furniture
and finding you somewhere to live here - we focus on providing the
answers to all your big and little queries and concerns.
What will I learn that I can't get
from various websites or from reference books?
In just a couple of hours we will equip you with all the information
you need to enjoy life to the full in Luzern and Zug. We have spent
many hours doing the research from English and Geman resources for
you, with the bonus of our personal experiences and tips. The programme
is tailored to you and your family circumstances.
How often can I use the helpline
and can I continue with it after one month?
As often as you need it during the month following your private
consultation, either by email or phone. After the month has ended,
you can take out a rolling monthly subscription.
What is not included in the helpline?
Of course we answer all your day-to-day questions but it does not
include big projects such as setting up all your insurance policies,
home or school searches. These projects ban be undertaken but are
charged separately.
